How to complete Inspirational Leadership: Insight to Action

Leaders make hundreds of choices everyday. The Inspirational Leadership: Insight to Action forces you to make choices between pairs of statements.
This is not a test with right or wrong answers – you are asked to make choices about your preferences in a range of situations.
We expect that it will take you about 20 minutes to complete.
The questionnaire forces you to some choices which will not be easy to make: leadership involves making hard decisions.
At the end of the paired statements we have asked some 'user' questions to help us to make this more user friendly. We would be grateful if you could take time to complete these.
As you choose between pairs of statements, your choices must be scored as follows. There are no half scores.

• If you strongly agree with A	5-0	& strongly disagree with B
• If you strongly agree with A	4-1	but have slight agreement with B
• If you agree with A	3-2	slightly more than B
• If you agree with B	2-3	slightly more than A
• If you strongly agree with B	1-4	but have slight agreement with A
• If you strongly agree with B	0-5	& strongly disagree with A

Please Note: The questionnaire forces you to make choices and there will be occasions when you agree with both statements and others where you are not particularly drawn to either statement. This is part of the design of the questionnaire
